Hi Kathleen, hope she is doing well, hes a couple of quotes I looked up for her , hope they help:
“Training is suffering, after suffering comes results”,
“SWIMMING, what real women do while boys play football” ,
“Spirit…has fifty times the strength and staying power of brawn and muscle.”
My personal fave tho is:
“Set your goals high and don’t stop until you get there.”
Great to hear Michelle is no longer swimming against the tide and that she is strong.
Keep up the good swim. Stroke, stroke, stroke, breath. Repeat until you are back at Battery Park.
go michelle go. you are doing awesome now go kick some butt love the schwarz’s we are so proud of you
Keep swimming hard Michelle, you know you can do this 🙂
